A More Excellent Way…Meditation Challenge

Although we incarnated at a chaotic time, there is an ageless remedy that can guarantee you peace, optimum health, and spiritual growth.  It is none other than meditation.  As old as time itself, taking the time to still your mind has proven to be the cure for many ailments and daily stressors.  As we approach Black History month, I challenge each of you to reap these ancient benefits by participating in our Meditation Challenge.

I have been meditating for many years now, however, I remember life before I began.  It was very stressful and unpleasant as I had become accustomed to seeing life from a negative viewpoint.  Hating the many stressful aspects of our society that I felt were specifically directed at me and my people left me in a ball of negative energy.  This energy drained my energetic field as it created holes in my aura.  Once I grew spiritually and was introduced to meditation, the holes closed as I learned to look within to find the peace I was seeking.  Besides the mental clarity it brings, meditation has many other benefits that I know we can all benefit from.

We will do the guided session every day during the month of February.  You can choose a time convenient for you.  At the end of the month, you will need to revisit our website to answer three questions:

  1.       Have you meditated in the past?
  2.       How do you feel after meditating for the entire month of February?
  3.       Will you continue to meditate?
