Positive Thoughts can Change Your Life

There is a mental health crisis that has engulfed our planet.  Suicide, senseless crimes, murder, hatred, and stress have touched the lives of countless millions.  As bleak as the future looks, it has the potential to change, and this change depends on each one of us.

Our news media outlets have been flooding the airways with sadness, despair, sickness, and stories of death for the past year.  Those who are tuning in consistently may have noticed their lives entering a downward spiral as these low vibrational thoughts have made their way into their subconscious minds.  The thoughts you think consistently create your reality, so watching negative stories, listening to low vibrational music, and entertaining thoughts of despair guarantees your demise.  The only way to escape the path that leads to death is to consciously guard your heart and mind.

Unseen forces are behind the disheartening stories that are selected to present to the public at large.  They create an emotional shift in the viewers’ consciousness.  Do not fall prey to this mental attack.  You must find something to be happy about.

Learn to look at your life from a positive perspective.  For example, if you are currently working from home, be thankful you are still employed.  If you are homeschooling your children, be thankful for the time you are spending with them.  If you have an unexpected auto expense such as purchasing a tire for your car, be thankful you have a car to ride in and are not taking public transportation.  In ALL things give thanks, and more will be given to you.

To assist our members, subscribers, and followers, we have uploaded uplifting tracks to your Ancient Wisdom podcast.  We handpicked many of these audio snippets and listen to them daily.  We encourage you to do the same.  In fact, we challenge you to listen to them every day for 30 days, consecutively!  In a month’s time, you will notice a change in your life that you never dreamed possible.  You will feel better and have a more positive outlook on life.
