Earlier today, I uploaded a podcast about gratitude. After listening to it several times today, the world seemed like a happier place to live in. The grass and trees looked greener, my neighborhood seemed more peaceful, my children made me feel wonderful, and my husband looked handsomer than I remembered. I now KNOW why practicing gratitude daily is the key to happiness.
Halfway through our 30-Day Yoga challenge, I have been meditating daily and I am at peace. However, I had not been taking the time to consciously think about EVERYTHING I am grateful for on a daily basis. Doing this today made me feel wonderful! In fact, it prompted me to do further research into this technique. Gratitude has many benefits that we can all benefit from.

Being bombarded with news about death, destruction, cyber crimes, and racial injustice has taken a toll on many psyches. If you want to get rid of stress and live a happier life, I highly recommend you practice gratitude daily. The easiest way to get started is to record your ideas in a gratitude journal. So, I created a FREE gratitude journal that you can download, print, and copy.
I put in a few questions to stimulate your mind. Although it can be completed in less than 10 minutes, I recommend you take the time to really focus on the things that are going well in your life. You can journal in the morning when you first wake up or at night before you go to bed. The choice is yours. In a month or less, you will notice how much better you feel!
