The Zombie Apocalypse Video Update

This video is a personal favorite of ours as we have linked many of the events that are now occurring in our current reality into a full comprehensive video that EVERYONE can clearly understand.  The world that we incarnated into is changing at an alarming rate.  In the very near future,  a major change will occur in this reality.  Without right knowledge and understanding, many will perish. Time is truly of the essence. Now is the time for you to learn what is really going on and how to protect yourself from the coming apocalypse. 
 
Originally we planned to upload this video to YouTube, however, after viewing the completed project, we are 100% sure that it will be banned and we will get another channel strike as this information will be shunned by the Establishment and mankind at large.  To prevent this from occurring, we are hosting it in our community theater.  You can either purchase a one-time non-member pass or become a member.

Full Worm Moon

This year, 2019 has been a rocky ride as the lunar energies have been amplified.  This month will prove no different as the third super-moon in sequence is scheduled for March 20, 2019, the same day as the vernal equinox—marking the start of spring!  This moon is known as the “Full Worm Moon.” Although many will lead you to believe that has to do with worms coming out during spring, there is another negative connotation that many people have overlooked.  This omission may be detrimental to the unenlightened for the rest of the year.
SUPER MOON ON THE SPRING EQUINOX
All full moons are powerful however March’s full Moon is very special as it peaks on the same day as the spring equinox which signifies new beginnings.   This hasn’t occurred in 38 years.  The last time was on March 20, 1981!
This trinity full Moon is also a super-moon, meaning the Moon will be close to our planet, which will amplify its energy.  It may “appear” brighter and bigger than normal, provided the night sky is clear and dark.  It is important that you learn exactly what this worm moon has in store for our minds.
The Metaphysics Behind a Full Worm Moon
To the natural uninitiated mind, they would interpret a worm moon to simply mean worms reappearing from their holes in the spring.  Although, this may have significance, metaphysically, a worm has a negative interpretation in all its ancient meanings. 
Personality Reference:
A worm refers to a low opinion of yourself or of someone in your life.  It may urge you to engage in revenge-like tactics or feel compelled to take things away from people using lowlife strategies.  
Family Reference:
It refers to your feelings about a spouse, partner, or friend who you have previously assisted.  They will now resort to pathetically lowlife behavior that will take advantage of your good nature.
Social Reference:
For random strangers, a worm represents a con artist that takes advantage of good people. This type of person will overtly use you and want you to feel good about their bad behavior.  

Health Reference:
Worms represent an infectious disease.  So don’t be surprised if many people become ill.  A great medical emergency is headed to our planet. 

 
 
Protecting Yourself as this Energy is Amplified:

Keto Kills!!

Every twenty years, a new fad diet hits the scene promising its participants rapid weight loss while they chow down on their favorite unhealthy foods.  When I was in college, I too fell victim to these yoyo diets thinking they would help me look and feel great. Today, the new fad is the Keto diet.  Although it promises rapid weight loss while you cram in thousands of calories all day long, it will prove detrimental to your health in the long run. 
 
 
 
 
There is NOTHING new under the sun.  If you look hard enough, you will discover that everything in our present reality today is a repeat of something that existed long ago.  This is true of the Keto diet fad.  Just like the Keto diet, the Atkins diet promised its participants rapid weight loss if they consumed high protein and low carbohydrates.   Yes, they dropped weight, but they also experienced organ failure as the heavy proteins flooded their system.  As with all things, there must be balance.  Overeating proteins while you skimp on carbs is not recommended for anyone who wants to maintain long-term health.
 
Let’s Take a Closer Look at the Keto Diet
 
Just because this diet is popping up on all the major networks, television shows, and in eBooks throughout the internet does not mean that it is the best way to lose and maintain a healthy weight.  As with all products sold by the Establishment, they are trying to utilize the “herd mindset” to sell you on the benefits of an obviously harmful diet plan.  These diets are targeting people who have little self-control by allowing them to eat all they want day and night.  Self-control is a spiritual attribute that all our ancient systems taught. 
 
It is obvious the meat industry is behind this diet.  As the planetary consciousness is rising, people are consuming less animal products.  Heavy meat consumption slows your vibratory rate to a crawl, thus grounding you in 3D. The Keto diet recommends heavy meat consumption.  Our seas are radiated which is causing harmful mutations to occur in the sea life.  Many of which are washing up dead on our beaches.  The red meat is also harmful to your digestive tract.  As chronic wasting disease and mad cow disease are running rampant, I personally would not recommend any diet high in meats.  Heavy meat consumption can lead to irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, heart disease, kidney failure, and liver failure.  
 
These yoyo diets, like Keto, never end well for those who do them long term.  Yes, you may drop a few pounds quickly, but your internal organs need real food to survive.  If you are chowing down on heavy meats and genetically modified foods, you are not giving your body the nutrients it requires to adequately produce healthy cells.  Approximately every 21 days every cell in your body is replaced.  For your body to do this, you must give it proper nutrition by eating a well-balanced organic diet. 
 
 
 
Natural Alternatives to the Keto Diet
 
One of the most critical decisions you will ever make is the decision to improve your health.  If you truly want to lose weight, there are natural things you can do that have no harmful side effects.  Simple things like replacing a meal with an organic smoothie, periodic juicing, taking super foods, or eating one healthy meal per day will naturally help you reduce your size while you flush out harmful toxins.  Get active by taking a brisk walk.  This activity is easy to do and doesn’t take a great amount of time to complete.

All Trolls Must Go!!

As a child my mother would often say, “An empty barrel makes the most noise.”  When I was young, I didn’t fully understand what she meant by this statement.  However, as I got older, and encountered more people on my path to true spirituality, this statement’s meaning became clear.  The trolls who have openly disagreed with us to prove how much they know are empty vessels who suffer with low self-esteem, even though their actions were trying to prove otherwise.



Identifying Characteristics of Trolls

We find trolls in every facet of our lives.  From the bullies in our schools to the career criminals who take pleasure in hurting others without motive, they are literally EVERYWHERE.  On the outside, these people display an unrealistically high self-confidence which lead to their uncontrollable impulses.  Their sense of self-worth becomes exaggerated, leaving them blind to their true hateful nature.

Personally, when I disagree with someone, I turn the channel and search for someone I feel a connection with.  In contrast, trolls will attempt to publicly humiliate the person they disagree with (on their own platform), attempt to infiltrate their organization (knowing they don’t agree with anything they teach), and/or gossip about them because they are jealous. 

Why do Trolls Hate?

Their negative behavior is due to their empty life which is void of real meaning.  It is important to remember there can never be a void in a human being.  Every place must be filled, the difference lies in what you choose to fill your consciousness with.  When you are busy creating and growing spiritually, you don’t have time to troll someone else.    

These types of negative behaviors are typical of those who suffer with low self-confidence.  They experience social withdrawal because of their own feelings of insignificance.  Therefore, they hide under dummy accounts where they can create a virtual identity permitting them room to freely express themselves.  As the authors of confusion, they find comfort in conflicting situations.  These virtual environments stagnate their spiritual growth leaving them unable to recover from low self-esteem.  However, they are the perfect place to hate on others as they are protected from critical eyes.

These people feed off emotional turmoil which results in critical analyzes over new ideas that normal people would never focus on. Their pessimistic mindsets leave them living a stagnant life, void of any real purpose.  This is unfortunate because the troll experiencing low self-esteem will never engage in the much-needed activities that are vital to their existence.  Their unhealthy mental condition impedes them from making healthy decisions.



Dealing with Internet Trolls

Never invite a troll to a group activity or event. –  Their tendency for social withdrawal and lack of trust prohibits them from adequately engaging in true social activities, so they probably won’t attend.

Never attempt to teach a troll – Their disposition prohibits them from taking full advantage of what our society has to offer them, therefore they are unteachable.  

Leave trolls alone – Their social dealings serve more as torture than as a good source of possible enjoyment.  They are better left alone.

Trolls are harbingers of fear – Trolls with low self-confidence recognize the potentials of what social skills might offer them yet they lack the control that will help them conquer their fears.

Never compliment a troll – Many of us think the immediate cure for low self-confidence is to over compliment these people for ANY contribution they make.  This is the wrong thing to do.  Their over-inflated egos will not allow them to accept compliments.  Compliments only play into their delusion of grandeur, thus encouraging their hateful behavior.  



These trolls have absolutely nothing to offer anyone, yet their beliefs will never falter when it comes to their own capacities. They have convinced themselves that they are capable of doing things they have NEVER done and probably NEVER will do.  Therefore, the effective thing to do is to release them from your presence and force them to deal with themselves.  Eventually, they will realize that the only REAL problem in their lives are themselves.  

Disease and Spirituality Don’t Mix

Your physical health reflects your spiritual level.  When you are in pain, you cannot focus on higher thoughts.  Sick and diseased individuals experience clouded judgement.  A clouded mind blocks you from getting in touch with your inner self, spirituality and ascending to enlightenment.  Therefore, all our ancient spiritual priests and priestesses made health a prerequisite for higher knowledge.  Overweight, diseased spiritual leaders should be avoided like a plague to deter their foggy minds from leading you astray.  



Without a divine spiritual awakening, we are left in a constant search to find our life purpose.  Spiritual awakening starts with holistic spiritual healing.  Some people’s thoughts concerning modern medicine as the final solution for health makes spiritual healing seem taboo.  However, it is difficult to ignore the fact that there is a Supreme, universal force which permeates all things.  

USA Today published a survey October 8, 2008, which stated that 55% of American adults, regardless of their religious beliefs, believe that there is a guardian angel or similar entity that protects them from harm.  This proves people are consciously aware of spiritual influences that have a significant impact on their lives. 

Spiritual healing incorporates both the physical and spiritual aspects of the individual.  In fact, the physical body is only healed based on the condition of the spirit.  If the spirit is weak, the physical body will suffer with ailments.  Therefore, sick and diseased metaphysical and religious leaders are not a good source of knowledge.  If they neglect their mortal bodies, they are not practicing true spirituality.    



Methods of Spiritual Healing

Many spiritual healers use meditative activities to relax the body.  Besides relaxing the body, meditation also has other benefits such as the release of tension and anxiety which are both the result of negative thought patterns.  Self-healing is activated once those negative ideas are released.  

The primary goal of spiritual healing is to connect with your inner divinity and the universe at large.  This divine connection fosters a sense of safety and security.  Patients are strengthened once they know they are not suffering alone.  This inner knowing increases their self-confidence in seeking wise counsel.  Spiritual healing makes us more conscious of not only our own lives, but those around us.

Spiritual healing is not a religious practice and can be performed by anyone regardless of their beliefs.   It usually incorporates prayer, visualization, devices that transmit healing forces, meditation activities, and personal spiritual realization.  These methods assist in the patient’s recovery by slowing down the effects of the illness through self-healing.

Counselling sessions are donewith complete rational understanding of its principles and not by blind faith.  In fact, full disclosure is the key to experiencing an awakening that will benefit the patient for years to come.  Once they understand that the body is a vehicle for the soul’s expression, they will then realize their conscious disconnect between the soul and body resulted in their present disease or disorder.

What is Yoga?

Yoga means different things to different people.  For some it is an exercise that stretches and strengthens the body through various poses.  For others, yoga is the realization of inner self satisfaction.  Yet to others, it is a religion you should believe in and follow. All these different ideas concerning Yoga leaves you with this simple question.  What is yoga?
 
 
 
 
Yoga goes far beyond just mere exercises full of difficult poses.  It is the union of mind, body, and spirit.  The goal of yoga is to be free from worldly suffering and the cycle of reincarnation. Yoga entails mastery over the body, mind, emotional self, and transcendence of desire. Thus, leading to a gradual knowledge of the true nature of reality.
 
This ancient science is presently found in the Hindu philosophy and is used to attain spiritual insight and harmony.  The word “yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit “yeung”, which means to join.   It closely relates a yoke as used on oxen, but also the same root gives us “join”, “junction”, “junta”, “adjust”, and “joust” to name a few.
 
Yoga is comprised of many different types and schools which all have their own unique beliefs and practices.  Keep in mind that many more paths have been established with different variations that aren’t mentioned in this article.
 
 
The Five Most Common Yoga Practices 
HATHA: This is the most popular variety of yoga that has been taught been taught for years.  This form deals with the perfection of the mind by first perfecting the body.  To achieve this result, many asanas (postures), breathing techniques, and meditations are used.
 
ASHTANGA: This yoga is much faster than the other schools.  In this form, it is considered as an aerobic yoga in which quick and smooth transitions between poses are used.
 
KUNDALINI:This type focuses on awakening and kundalini energy.  Kundalini energy is the life energy that lies dormant in our bodies.  Its imagery is commonly represented by a coiled snake.
 
MANTRA:This type of yoga is focused on calming the mind and body through the use of words and sounds like the well-known ‘om’ chant.
 
TANTRA:This type of yoga is well known for its focus on sexual spirituality.  It also incorporates the kundalini energy although the intent for awakening it differs from the Kundalini practice.
 
As you can see, yoga is a very diverse discipline.  Regardless of which type you choose, people of all ages can gain many benefits from regular practice. 
 
Traditionally, yoga consists of eight fundamental paths: Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Purna Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Maha Yoga and Ashtanga or Raja Yoga.  In the west, the term yoga often refers to Hatha yoga and its postures, movements, and breathing techniques.
