Nature’s Healing Power

Nature is urging all of her children to return to her bosom.  She has nourishment for your mind, body, and soul that she yearns to share with you.  Everything she provides is organic, toxic free, and life-sustaining.  As you emote with her, you will find longevity and peace which surpasses understanding.
I often take my daughters on nature walks where I take the time to identify herbals that can nourish and heal their bodies.  My little ladybugs have learned so much and today, I want to share one particular herb we just harvested with you.  It is called Yarrow.  Yarrow, or Achillea millefolium, has been used by our ancestors for centuries.  It was used primarily as medicine which can aid in the recovery of wounds and pain.  However, it has many different benefits.
Yarrow’s Many Benefits

    1.     Yarrow is antimicrobial which can kill germs.  In earlier times it was used as a wound wash.

2.     Yarrow is a pain reliever.  Our ancestors chewed it to relieve tooth pain because it contains compounds that can alleviate pain.
3.     Yarrow was used for colds and flu because it induces sweating.  When you sweat, you remove toxins from your temple.  One recipe in particular calls for yarrow, peppermint, ginger, and elderflower.  
4.     Yarrow strengthens blood vessels and veins which can improve your circulation.  It also can effectively move congested blood which helps tone the liver.  
5.     Yarrow can improve your digestion by alleviating gas, bloating, and colic.  I personally combine it with chamomile and use it in tea.  
 
 
6.     I highly recommend this herb for my SiStars as it can soothe menstrual issues such as heavy cramping and it helps with reproductive disorders.   Your cramps and other menstrual complaints can be alleviated organically by drinking yarrow tea.   You can also make an oil infusion from dried yarrow and a carrier oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed oil.
7.     Yarrow can heal the urinary tract by balancing the pH while alleviating pain and itching.  Imbalances in your pH levels can cause discomfort.   You can make a tea or use the dried herb in a sitz bath.  Simply dry the herb and soak in it when you are suffering from a urinary tract infection.
8.     Yarrow is good for minor skin irritations as it has antimicrobial properties.  You can dab a cotton ball in yarrow tea and apply it to your face. It assists in healing acne and stops itching caused by bug bites.

Our divine men are very special and they deserve our love, devotion, and attention.  Unfortunately, in our communities, our fathers are often overlooked as we shower our mothers with love and affection.  This month, the Golden Race will take the time to ensure our men know how much we love and want them in our lives. 
 
 
 
The Fatherless Home
 
At one time our homes were a place of security, safety, and love.  Unfortunately, we incarnated during a time of planetary dysfunctionality which has created many single-parent homes.  The vast majority of these homes have been left without the positive influence of male energy.  Children who grow up without fathers are left susceptible to negative influences which could have been avoided had a nurturing father figure been present in their lives. 
 
Growing up without my father in our home crippled me in many areas of my life.  It left a void of masculine guidance I and my siblings needed to fully develop into balanced adults.  It hurt my brother the most, as he was in constant trouble with the law due to a lack of male discipline.  Regardless of how hard she tries; a woman cannot properly raise a male.  Our boys need men in their lives to teach them how to be a man.  Girls also need the love and affection of their fathers.  When they do not receive it, they search for masculine love in the arms of the wrong man which can lead to mental, physical, and sexual abuse. 
 
 
  
The Single Mothers
 
The presence of a strong loving father in the home does a world of good for not only his offspring but also for his wife.  Although many mothers have done a fantastic job picking up the pieces of our destroyed homes, they too suffer under the pressure of having to do everything by themselves.  They are often overworked, underpaid, and are under appreciated.  By nature, women are spiritual beings who can easily absorb energies.  All of this negative energy leaves them susceptible to diseases. 
 
Men provide the grounding energy women need to bring balance into their lives.  He can relieve the stress and pressures of life by just being near her.  When they engage in loving intimacy, the two energies unite and release a power that can change the fabric of our reality.  This is why the Establishment promotes strong, independent women who “don’t need a man.”  This ideology ensures their planetary dominance.    
 
Not only do our children need their fathers, but our women also need them.  The support of a devoted husband has many benefits for his wife.

Prior to having our own biological children, Ausar and I mentored many children who were in single-parent homes and lacked a mother and/or father.  One young boy, in particular, spent so much time with us he called us mom and dad.  The time he spent with my husband made a lasting impact on his life.  This is our desire for all members of the Golden Race.

When I first discovered the god of my religion was fake, I desperately wanted to know who the real “God” was.  This question took me on a spiritual journey that changed my life forever.  To my amazement, I found “God” in the one place that every modern-day religion warned their followers to never look….in the “occult.”  
 
 
The Physical Attack

When the current planetary rulers usurped power from humanity, they attacked humans on both a physical and mental level.  The physical attack was brutal as they launched crusades worldwide murdering anyone who looked to nature, their ancestors, or the original divine pantheons for their answers.  Women were hung and burned alive for practicing herbalism, working with the forces of nature, and for following the ways of their ancestors.  Men were also slaughtered if they did not accept Jesus Christ or Allah as their lord and savior (depending on what part of the world you incarnated in).  Years of torturous acts at the hands of pilgrims and religious fanatics aided in ushering in the mental attack which was detrimental to humanity’s psyche. 
 
The Mental Attack 

The main force used during their mental onslaught was fear.  Fear has a crippling effect on the minds of those who it traps in its grasp, forever stunting their spiritual growth and development.  They intentionally relabeled the ancient gods as demons.   They created pseudo names such as Satan, the Devil, Lucifer, fallen angels, and Djinn to describe many of the original Neteru (Elohim).  The place where they reside was relabeled as hell and wild stories of eternal torture were spread worldwide to ensure no human ever wanted to be near them.  Hollywood producers have spent billions of dollars making fear-based slanderous movies against indigenous spirituality.  These mind-control flicks coupled with the millions of churches, synagogues, and missionaries have successfully fragmented the minds of billions of people on this planet into spiritual retardation which has resulted in a never-ending cycle of spiritual regression.  Thus plunging the indigenous tribes of the earth into the dark ages.
Once they successfully turned humans away from their ancient spiritual practices, they secretly began to practice our original forms of spirituality in “Luciferian” and “Satanic” groups.  These two names alone are powerful enough to instill fear in humanity from ever returning to the ancient way.  The psychological fear-based programming that most humans operate under has kept them away from ever discovering their inner divinity.  Your oppressors deliberately did this because they knew this was your only way to true planetary liberation.

When you press through your fear and study the ways of your ancestors, you will have all the blanks filled in.  The problems and cares of this life will fade away as the truth rises like the phoenix from the ashes.  Lies will be quickly revealed and removed and only truth will remain.  Your life will once again have meaning as the world around you is resurrected.  The pain, desperation, suffering, and despair you have come accustomed to experiencing in these dead religions will be removed as meaning returns to your life.

Your Personal Holy Trinity

Over the years, we have noticed how most people respond in mass to rituals, spells, and metaphysical topics, yet we get little to no response when we post videos and activities that deal with diet, exercise, and natural health remedies.  Spirit has revealed to us that this low level of response is due to the mental disconnect between the physical and spiritual bodies.  When most people think about spirituality, they envision meditation, yoga, deities, rituals, etc… They are oblivious of the link between the physical body, the mind, and their overall spiritual experiences.  Negating the body and mind and only focusing on the soul will leave you in an imbalanced state.




The body, mind, and soul all work together to create the complete person.  The three should be treated as the holy trinity on the micro-level.  When you have pain in the body, it puts a strain on your mental faculties.  It is hard to manifest your desires when your basic needs are not being met.  Finding balance in all three areas is the only way to reach mastery in this lifetime.  Unfortunately, most are ignorant of this and have been taught to believe that their physical body is irrelevant since they will get a new one soon.  This toxic mindset has led to an unprecedented number of diseases and deaths within our communities.  

Prior to the major religions, all of humanity knew that it was important to keep the body in optimum health.  In fact, diet restriction and physical activities were part of the spiritual practices.  When you are disease free and everything is functioning properly, your mind is free to focus on higher thoughts.  You will experience successful meditation sessions that will open you up to higher dimensions.  Unfortunately, the planetary controllers are aware of this, and have put toxic food, poison drinks, air pollution, and stressful living situations in place to slow down your spiritual development.

Lady O’s Trip to the Olmec/Mayan Ruins

Last year, we planned our 2019 Cosmic Family Reunion that was scheduled to begin on April 29, 2019.  It was a five-night cruise voyage to visit the Olmec/Mayan Pyramids in Mexico.  Unfortunately, we had to cancel our cosmic adventure due to a lack of member participation.  Fortunately, one of our members decided to still go visit our ancestral lands with her son.  They had a wonderful time, and I would like the entire cosmic family to hear about their excursion. 
 
“Thank you for making the cruise possible. I never would have taken the initiative and being that it was already booked, I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity. 
 
Hilariously, the tour guide made mention of him being a descendant of the Mayans. What a crock! This provided a learning opportunity for my son because as I repeated to him as I have said in the past, at one time, there were no pale people. We are the original. The land is ours. 
 
It was an honor to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors and as we walked through the ruins, we asked them that all our lands be restored back to their rightful owners. 
 
I can’t wait until we, as The Golden Race, come together as a collective and call upon the ancestral spirits and wreak havoc on our oppressors. I know they’re waiting on us. 
 
I guess what I really want everyone to know is that the power is within us. We have to go back to the old way, just like you said.

The Grass is NOT Greener on the Other Side…The Superiority Myth of the White-Owned Business

After the 1920-30’s holocaust that occurred in America, many black-owned prosperous businesses were completely destroyed.  This tragic event was followed by decades of Jim Crow and the denial of business loans to Negroes to ensure we never regained our wealth.  This mistreatment stunted the growth of many our businesses and poisoned the minds of our people.  Most people of color today are programmed to believe that white-owned businesses are more desirable to work for than black-owned businesses.  In fact, many of our people still believe there is more job security, benefits, and better pay at white-owned establishments.  However, this stereotypical ideology couldn’t be further from the truth. 
 
 
 
 
The Myth of Job Security
 
There have been countless white-owned businesses that have left their employees holding the bag when they closed the doors.  Just last week, Falcon Transport, a white-owned business, left hundreds of drivers stranded across North America.  They closed their doors with no warning to their staff members.  This company was a major carrier who operated over 500 trucks nationwide.  The drivers, dispatchers, and in-house employees were literally given an hour’s notice that their jobs had been terminated.  And this isn’t the first time this has occurred.  
 
“We regret to inform you that Falcon Transport Co. is not able to continue operations and will be shutting down effective today. 
“Please stop any work you are doing for the company immediately. You are not expected to return to work. Please be on the lookout for further information we will be sending regarding this information.” email sent to all employees
A few years ago, another major white-owned trucking company, Arrow Trucks, closed shop and left all their drivers stranded nationwide.  Their employees had no warning that anything was wrong. They were left unable to feed their families and to make ends meet.  This is occurring more and more as our economy is on a downturn.  More and more white-owned businesses are closing the doors daily and most of our people seem to be oblivious of this fact.  
 
It is not only in the transportation sector; this is occurring in every industry including computer technology.  Telltale Games, the creators of “The Walking Dead” video game series closed the doors leaving their employees with only a one-week notice.  From Toys R Us to Walmart, white-owned businesses are closing shop with little to no notice.  Even state and government jobs are not safe to work for any more, as we witnessed during the government shutdown that occurred at the beginning of the year.  
 
The Myth of Better Pay
 
Many of our people believe they will be paid better at a white owned-business, and this too is false.  Most white owned businesses are run by greedy CEO’s who make millions of dollars while their average employee is paid a little above minimum wage.  Their business concept mirrors the societal model based on a pyramid scheme where the have’s live at the top while most of the citizens barely survive at the bottom.   The more money the company makes, the more money the greedy CEO’s take!  They do not reward your hard work, as they want to pay their staff as little as possible so they can vacation on their yachts and spoil their children in private schools.  
 
Many people see the big shiny buildings staffed with hundreds of employees and they assume the money will never run out.  They fail to calculate the cost of managing hundreds of people.  Simply paying the utilities can be a burden when a contract is lost.  The larger the business, the more it costs to operate and maintain.   And if the money is being mismanaged (as the world saw in 2008) this can be a recipe for disaster. 
 
In contrast, most black-owned businesses are managed by the owners directly.  All business owners have a vested interest in the success of their companies; therefore, they value each of their employees.  Many of them know their employees by name and they treat them like a vital asset.  They are more willing to work with your schedule, allow you more time off from work, and give you pay raises when you deserve them to ensure you stay with their company long term.  
 
 
The Myth of a College Degree
 
Last year, we created a video about the deceptive practices of colleges, and we encouraged all our people to get a trade or a skill rather than a college degree.  High schools and colleges are encouraging their students to take out high interest student loans in hopes of landing a “good job” that does not exist.  The predatory loan sharks know our children can never repay the debt because the job market is shrinking.  This is why the 2020 presidential election is addressing this growing crisis.  The next bubble to burst is the college loan debt.  Yet, we are still happily sending our children away to college.  

It’s past time we wake up!

 
It is time we, as a people, begin to work together.  We need to stop turning a blind eye to everyone else’s shortcomings why we constantly see nothing but problems ahead if we were to support our own people.  Once upon a time, the black community was the place to be.  There were so many artists, poets, writers, actors/actresses, singers, and business owners we never had to leave our communities for anything.  We were self-sufficient, and we enjoyed each other’s company.   When we owned the multi-million-dollar corporations, like our beloved Madam CJ Walker, we treated each other with respect, love and kindness.   It is time we turn back to the ways of our forefathers and rebuild our once thriving business sectors.
 
 
 
There are so many black-owned businesses who need help, however when they attempt to hire their own people, they are treated with distrust, slander, and disobedience.  We must remove the negative programming towards our own people and begin to work together.
